一、凡本會在學會員，於公私立大學院校就讀，操行、體育成績乙等(70分)以上者，均可申請。
二、申請助學金請檢送本會制式申請書、成績單、學生證影本、會員證影本、戶籍謄本各一份，並加入本會臉書粉絲團等行動裝置。
三、申請期間：不限。
四、簽立助學金計劃切結書。
五、本表請至本會官網下載，務請逐欄詳實填寫，填妥後請以掛號郵寄：台北市中正區泰安街二巷九號 本會收。電話：(02)2321-0930。
